Children of America provide families with their Account Charge/Credit Summary report, which displays the total amount billed and payments according to a specific timeframe. This report can assist families in filing their taxes.
Account Charge/Credit Summary reports are automatically sent via email on the first business day of the new year to all families who had ledger transactions in the previous year.
At any time, parents can request a copy of their Charge/Credit Summary from their school managers by accessing the information through ProCare. If you need additional assistance you can submit a ticket via our School Support Help Desk by going to https://childrenofamericafreshdesk.freshdesk.com/support/home
The school’s Tax ID can be found in the top right corner of the Account Charge/Credit Summary report.
