Should you need to withdraw your child, we require 30 days written notice prior to your child’s last day of attendance.
Verbal notices are not acceptable – please use the 30 day notice submission form located in your family portal under
account services (https://portal.childrenofamerica.com/login) to inform us of your departure. Your account will continue to be billed the weekly tuition until a 30 day written notice is provided.
For a 30 Day’ NOTICE TO BE VALID, it must be submitted twenty business days in advance of your last day to ensure no additional charges are added to your account. Notice given that is less than twenty business days is subject to the pro rata of your current tuition charges plus any other balances according to your rate agreement and ledger.
Failure to pay your balance in full when withdrawing may result in the account being sent to collections.
