Vacation

Families are entitled to one a (1) one-week vacation credit (five consecutive days) after 90 days and annually thereafter when continuously enrolled. Families utilizing the COA Premium Rate are entitled to two (2) one-week vacation credits (five consecutive days each) and annually thereafter when continuously enrolled. Formal notice of vacation is required no less than seven (7) days before the date of absence. Vacation credits do not carry over.

 
While using the vacation credit, your child may not attend the school. Vacations do not need to be Monday through Friday; however, they must be five consecutive days, i.e., Thursday – Wednesday.
